What they do: the development operations engineer is responsible for different aspects of the software development process, from coding to development to maintenance and updates.
4. Java developer
National average salary: £62,322 per year
What they do: these specialists are responsible for planning, designing, developing, and managing Java-based applications and software.
5. Product manager
